While the Prodigy RF brake controller # 90250 is not compatible with electric over hydraulic brake actuators we do have the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 that is compatible and would be a really great option. The install of this is even easier than the RF as all you have to do is plug it into your 7-way and then sync it to your smart phone.

I recommend the SeaSucker Monkey Bars part # 298-SX6000B for the Tesla Model X. The SeaSucker bars attach to the Tesla's roof with 6 vacuum cups and allow you to carry your kayaks when it's time to go kayaking. As long as your trailer equipped with a lunette ring is within the 5,000 lb weight limit of the MaxxTow # MT70034 and your lunette ring fits within the tangs of the clevis hitch (see attached photos) you can definitely use this with a lunette ring. The Deka Battery Box # DW03188, which is for Group U1 batteries, is designed to be mounted with a surface under it, as the mounting hardware is used to put a strap through it and hold the box that way. You would need to fabricate your own surface in the space you showed in your photo and mount it to that surface with the provided hardware.

Hollywood Racks makes this rack specifically for the heavier E-bikes like your RadRovers with the part # HLY84FR which has an 80 lb per bike capacity and has wider wheel hoops to allow fat bikes up to 5" wide to fit too right out of the box. I checked with our vendors and as of 04/27 the only hitch available for the 2023 Tesla Model X is the Draw-Tite item # 76143. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Tesla with included hardware. It does not have a removable receiver so you wouldn't need to use the magnetic accessory. However, there will still need to be a hole cut in the removable panel for the 2" receiver.

Like you said the use of a weight distribution system depends on the vehicle specifications. I checked with Tesla and they do not recommend the use of one due to the unibody construction. Weight distribution systems transfer a portion of the weight of the trailer to the vehicle. A bumpy road will transfer a lot of stress into the unibody of the Model X. The reason that's considered detrimental is that the entire body will bend and twist repeatedly, and could eventually fail.
